1. Exchange Policy
We offer easy size exchange in case the product does not fit.
Conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
2. Return Policy
Currently, we do not offer returns for refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos of the product
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution

- Share your Order ID and issue
- Our team will guide you through the process
5. Shipping Charges for Exchange

- Details will be shared during the exchange process
6. Non-Eligible Items
Exchange or return will not be accepted if:

- Request is made after the allowed time
- Original packaging is missing
