2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:

- Share your Order ID and cancellation request
- Our team will confirm the cancellation status
3. After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is cancelled successfully before shipping,
the amount will be refunded to your original payment method - Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
